Memory Monday: Raines football team wins 1997 state championship in thriller

It's memories on a Monday here and we're 75 days away from the Raines Vikings kicking off their high school football season Aug. 23 against Miami Central. So we're looking back to the first FHSAA title by a Duval County Public School program with QB Mack Frazier and first-year head coach Welton Coffey leading the Vikings to a 32-27 win over Belle Glade Glades Central on Dec. 20, 1997.
