JSO: Man found dead in car on Jacksonville’s Westside, foul play suspected

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a man whose body was found inside a car early Wednesday morning on the city’s Westside. Officers said they believe foul play was involved in the man’s death. The vehicle was parked in front of a home on Harriet Avenue, located between Ellis Road and Roberts Street on Jacksonville’s Westside, near I-10.
