R.L Brown, Long Branch to be considered for consolidation at Dec. 1 school board meeting

R.L. Brown has already undergone one consolidation in the past year. Now, Duval County Schools is considering a second consolidation, this time with Long Branch Elementary. Community members and local leaders have voiced concerns about the potential move. Brown.
