Jacksonville man left with serious injuries after hit-and-run involving tractor-trailer

A Jacksonville man was left with serious injuries on I-95 North in Volusia County after a hit-and-run crash involving a tractor-trailer on Wednesday, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
