Troubled Jacksonville apartments under scrutiny from I-TEAM, city now under new management: tenants

For weeks, the News4JAX I-TEAM has been reporting on ongoing problems at housing owned and linked to Peoples Choice Apartments, where residents have said they face maintenance issues and deteriorating conditions. Now, residents say there’s new management, an LLC that was created less than a month ago, shortly after we started looking into the owner. Although there is a new name, some things still look the same.
