Jacksonville restaurant owner plans changes after customer shot inside business

A Jacksonville restaurant owner changed how she runs her business after a man was shot inside early Sunday morning. A man on a bicycle rode up to Que Padre Mexican Restaurant around 1 a.m., then shot through a window, hitting a customer inside before riding off, the owner, Nely Osorio, said. The customer was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
