Residents left scrambling after closure of 3 Walgreen's on Jacksonville's Northside

Over the last 6 to 9 months, three Walgreens have shut down across the Northside, leaving thousands of families scrambling to fill prescriptions on time. City Council members are now stepping in to work toward a solution.
