Podcast host with millions of followers linked to multiple local apartment complexes facing scrutiny

Arbor Oaks on Jammes Road, the troubled Westside apartment complex the News4JAX I-TEAM reported on last week, was previously owned by Jarek Tadla, a Polish-born real estate investor who, according to the JAX Rental Housing project at UNF, has companies that own more apartment complexes in Jacksonville than anyone else. Tadla, who promotes himself on Instagram and YouTube as an entrepreneur, podcast host, and mental health advocate to millions of followers, has built a sprawling portfolio in Florida and beyond.
