Family of man killed by drunk driver last October place flowers at site of deadly incident

The family of Joe Royce, who was killed last October by a drunk driver, placed flowers on Friday at the site of the deadly incident.  The man who was accused of killing Royce and Gabe DiSpirito, both of whom were 25, was sentenced to 25 years in prison and will be deported after he serves his sentence.
