SAO releases memo providing new details into viral February traffic stop

The State Attorney’s Office (SAO) on Wednesday released a 16-page investigative report revealing new details surrounding the arrest of William McNeil Jr., the man whose controversial confrontation with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office that was captured on video during a traffic stop drew national attention.
