NOAA releases updated Atlantic hurricane season outlook, still predicting 'above-normal' season

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration released its update to its 2025 Atlantic Hurricane Season outlook issued in May. Meteorologist Michelle McCormick breaks down what has changed.
