Viral traffic stop marks second time in 6 months JSO officer investigated for use-of-force

An officer with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is under review while on paid administrative leave for his actions in a viral arrest video from a February traffic stop, and it’s not the first time his actions have drawn attention.
