Customers camp out before dawn for Raising Cane's grand opening in Oakleaf

Popular chicken tender chain Raising Cane's opened its first Jacksonville location in Oakleaf on Tuesday morning, and the excitement began before dawn when customers camped out to be among the first in line for the Baton Rouge-based restaurant's tasty tenders.
